Throughout 2016 and 2017, JKS Industries was contracted by Boulder County to help with remediation efforts after a large rain event left several private properties uninhabitable. We provided asbestos abatement and removal, Regulated Building Material (RBM) disposal, structural demolition and waste disposal, and site remediation services. In addition, JKS had to remove septic tanks and fill in wells. All work was done in compliance with FEMA regulations and guidelines due to the projects being funded by FEMA. All properties were prepared for natural reclamation or new sale. Each phase of the project was finished within the given schedule and budget.
