In 2014 JKS entered a contract with the City and County of Denver providing on-call environmental and demolition services at various locations throughout the Denver area. JKS has performed asbestos abatement, emergency spill response, lead-based paint abatement, mold remediation, waste removal, select interior demolition, and structural demolition for the City. Since 2014, JKS has performed more than 70 individual projects under the on-call contract within the budgets and schedules set forth for each project.
