1. What did you do before joining the JKS team?
I have 30+ years? experience in the customer relations / customer service field.? I worked for the J.R. Simplot Company whose headquarters are in Boise, Idaho for several years and my primary responsibility was International McDonalds. I moved to the Denver area 2 ? years ago and was fortunate enough to find this awesome team to join.
2. How do you interact with JKS Industries customers?
I am often times the first point of contact for both external and internal customers. I have worked in the construction industry before so I have a good understanding of how important customer relations and relationships are to the success of a project.? Treating both internal and external customers with kind consideration and professionalism is a key to JKS?s success and I make that a personal/professional goal.
3. How does JKS provide great customer service?
JKS Industries? core values include quality, integrity, and safety and with those goals front and center we provide excellent and professional customer service. It’s important that we listen to the needs of our customers and give them trustworthy service.
4. What are three of your favorite things to do when not at work?
My husband and I have a little ranch that keeps us very busy.? Evenings and weekends are spent playing with our baby animals and taking care of the 30+ fur/feathery friends.? I am a big fan of the Broncos and Rockies and we love exploring our beautiful state!? My favorite pastime is anything outdoors which includes our little ranch, camping, fishing, hunting and enjoying relaxing bonfires.
