1. What did you do before joining the JKS team?
I have worked in this industry for 15 years and have known Jeff for many of those years.? I was running a labor asbestos agency (HELP, LLC) along with working as a certified asbestos worker.
2. How do you interact with JKS Industries customers?
I strive to stay in touch with all of our clients, because I feel it?s important to maintain a good business relationship.? One way to strengthen all relationships, both internal and external, is to make sure we?re always safety first. I maintain close working relationships with our field employees to ensure they abide by safety regulations and feel proud of the job they are doing.
3. How does JKS provide great customer service?
Here at JKS we focus on the clients? needs and listen to what they want and focus on what is important to them. It’s different with every customer, so listening is the best way for us to do the best job.
4. What are three of your favorite things to do when not at work?
I am a family man and enjoy spending time with them every chance I have, they are my absolute priority.? I also enjoy spending time in my garage fixing and building things. By far, my favorite thing to do for relaxation is riding my motorcycle.
