1. What did you do before joining the JKS team?
I have been in the environmental restoration industry for more than 25 years and have worked all over the country including Alaska and Hawaii. I came to Colorado from Maryland to be part of the remediation team at the Rocky Mountain Arsenal. After many years at the Arsenal I put down roots in Colorado and joined the JKS team.
2. How do you interact with JKS Industries customers?
I am lucky to have a position that involves interaction with clients. Over the years I have found that the best way to interact with clients is face to face. Forming new relationships is one of the things I like most about work. I enjoy the interaction and the opportunity to turn customers into friends.
3. How does JKS provide great customer service?
We believe the ability to really listen to customers is crucial for providing great service. Clear communication is also critical. We try to make sure that we get to the problem at hand quickly so any issues can get resolved in a timely manner.
4. What are three of your favorite things to do when not at work?
I enjoy outdoors activities like backpacking, skiing, and running. Sports are high on the list. I am a big Steeler’s and Penguin’s fan (Go Pittsburgh.) I also enjoy traveling with my family.
